Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Brant Koenig, DC

Dr. Koenig is a graduate of Bishop McGuinness High School. He received his BS in Exercise and Fitness Management at the University of Central Oklahoma and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City.

Prior to entering chiropractic school, Dr. Koenig managed Gold’s Gym on Broadway and Memorial for 11 years. Besides management duties, Dr. Koenig was a certified personal trainer and nutrition technician, working with clients to attain and maintain their quality of life and fitness goals.

This experience led him to pursue a chiropractic career, so he can help people attain a better quality of life through natural and holistic health care. Dr. Koenig’s fitness and athletic background allowed him to develop a healthcare philosophy of total body health and wellness care. His patients are not just treated for back pain or headaches; they receive full health and wellness care, utilizing educational consultations to help enhance all aspects of daily life through healthier living.

His background allows him to work with all ages and levels of patients, from newborns to retired farmers, and from weekend warriors to elite athletes. He knows patients have individual healthcare needs and goals and believes they should have options. That is why, at PMO, patients are given individualized health care plans to match their level of needs and commitment to health.

Dr. John Godfrey, DC

My LOVE for Chiropractic began when I was a 4th year Microbiology/Pre-Med student at the
University of Oklahoma and, of course, involved a girl. My girlfriend was a chiropractic patient when
we met. Every three to four weeks, she would start to have back pain and headaches, would go to
her chiropractor, and would be good for another month. I, knowing nothing about chiropractic,
suggested she should go to a REAL DOCTOR (my exact words) and let them fix her back. She
exploded and proceeded to educate me.
This was HER story.
When she was 13, she was thrown off a horse and injured her back. The “real” doctors told her she
would NEVER run again, and might never walk again!! She spent a year in a wheelchair. She was
given powerful drugs for pain. (Sound familiar?) And when that didn’t work…… they increased her
dose!! She was hallucinating….. She was suicidal!! Finally, as a last resort, and against medical
advice, her mom took her to a chiropractor!!
One month later she was 100% BETTER!! She got rid of the wheelchair!!! She went back to playing
softball!!! She went back to being a normal teenager!!! The MIRACLE that is chiropractic, had
restored her life!
The following day, I went with her to meet her chiropractor, did a little research on my own, and
CHANGED THE DIRECTION OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!! Even though life would ultimately take her and I in
separate directions, I think of her and her success, knowing that she not only was amazingly
changed after this life-changing adjustment, but she in turn taught me the healing potential of the
human frame.
Results demand skill and the beginning of all skills require dedicated and experienced teachers.
Upon completion of my undergraduate studies, I listened to the advice of practicing chiropractors
and completed four years of chiropractic training at the “Fountainhead” of chiropractic, Palmer
College in Davenport, Iowa. At Palmer, I was guided in my development by professors and teachers
who had studied at the feet of B.J. Palmer, the developer of chiropractic. And while all of the
chiropractic colleges are great and train awesome doctors, I found it extremely humbling to receive
my doctorate degree from the worlds first chiropractic school. The Birthplace of Chiropractic!!
And now, after 38 years of practice and having performed well over one million spinal adjustments, I
continue to be amazed by the healing power of the human body, the miracle that is chiropractic, and
the special process that I get to play a very small part in. I can truly say I learn something from every
patient and I am determined to make each adjustment the best one I have ever given. It is indeed MY
honor to help you!

Dr. Jacob Blair, DC

Dr. Jacob Blair completed his chiropractic education at Parker University after studying at Northeastern Oklahoma and the University of Central Oklahoma. His journey into chiropractic care began in 2018 after a life-changing motorcycle accident that left him with multiple broken bones and severe damage to his cervical spine. Told he might never play football again, Dr. Blair sought care from his dad’s chiropractor and, within a year, was back on the field. This experience ignited his passion for chiropractic care, showing him its transformative potential.

Specializing in soft tissue care, Dr. Blair focuses on addressing the root causes of discomfort rather than just alleviating symptoms. He believes in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy techniques, and soft tissue work for a holistic approach to recovery.

What Dr. Blair enjoys most about his work is the opportunity to make a positive impact on his patients’ lives, helping them find pain relief, improve mobility, and regain their quality of life. His primary goal is to provide pain relief while maintaining or enhancing proper range of motion and overall body function, with a focus on long-term health and prevention.

Dr. Blair hopes that through their care experience, patients gain not only relief from pain but also a deeper understanding of their bodies, empowering them to prevent future issues and live healthier lives.
